Welcome to Friends All The Time!
The name of our class is FATT, not because we are all overweight and should be on the Biggest Loser show. It came from me working at the Welcome Center desk. We would ask the wives of the couples how old they are to determine what age group to put them in. Well, you can imagine the looks we got, because no lady ever tells her age. So before they could answer I would say "We used to have the classes be determined by their weight, but the "Ladies Under A 100" class was HUGE. So it’s easier for them to tell us their age rather then their weight." LOL.
Seriously, our class is about relationships, I feel that your Spiritual relationship affects your human relationships. Friendships in this world are needed more then ever. Studies show that if you don’t connect with someone in a church within 2 months then you move on. So communication is important to us. We try to have outside activities, missions and fellowships to have more opportunities to make that connection. I teach in a way that you will Laugh at the examples and remember the point for the rest of the week.
